EmojiMyFace provides an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to convert human faces in photos into emoji-style representations. This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

Usage Limitations

Our service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. To ensure fair access for all users, we implement the following restrictions:

• Maximum of 30 image conversions per hour per user
• Maximum image size of 5MB
• Supported image formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP

User Conduct

You agree not to use our service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
• Upload content that contains software viruses or other harmful computer code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

Content Guidelines

The following content is not permitted:

• Explicit or adult content
• Violent or graphic imagery
• Content that promotes discrimination or hatred
• Content that depicts minors in inappropriate contexts

We reserve the right to refuse processing of any image that violates these guidelines.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload to our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the face-to-emoji conversion.

The EmojiMyFace name, logo, website design, and all other aspects of our service are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of EmojiMyFace.
